Dear Guests, We are delighted to welcome you to our private vacation rental and would like to share some important guidelines to ensure a pleasant atmosphere and relaxing holiday for everyone. Mutual respect is our top priority—toward both fellow guests and the accommodation itself. We kindly ask you to consider the needs of others for relaxation and to observe quiet hours starting at 8 PM. Please note that all types of speakers are prohibited due to previous complaints. Our vacation apartment is a non-smoking area. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace, where you can sit back and relax. To help us maintain the apartment in excellent condition for our next guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from eating in bed or on the couch. For guests bringing dogs, we ask that you take care to avoid any damage. Animals are not allowed on the sofa or in bed unless sufficient blankets are used—ones you provide—to fully cover the furniture. Should any damage or soiling occur, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee starting at €15. We also request that you protect our furnishings and decorations from damage. In the event of any damage, we will need to charge the current replacement cost. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
